Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our Food & Beverage team at The Ravenport Resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional service to guests by greeting and serving them in accordance with resort standards of food and beverage quality and in a professional manner.
  • Display excellent hospitality through positive interactions with both guests and colleagues.
  • Take pride in all aspects of service, including quality, appearance, cleanliness, for self and the food & beverage outlet.
  • Assume responsibility for opening and closing the outlet.
  • Ensure clear and concise communication with the kitchen team.
  • Provide responsible service of alcohol.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by honouring all work-related requests.
  • Perform necessary opening and closing duties.
  • Have knowledge of menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods.
  • Operate point of sale equipment efficiently.
