Key Responsibilities:
Support daily business operations.
Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor.
Ensure compliance with food safety policies.
Follow and enforce Bakewell manual training guidelines.
Manage stock control and management.
Create an excellent food experience for customers.
Collaborate with management to meet weekly and quarterly targets.
