Store Porter Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Store Porter to join our team in Wexford. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily general maintenance duties throughout the showroom.
  • Receive deliveries in an organized manner to ensure correctness.
  • Remove rubbish, break it down for secure storage and collection, and label all items held for collection.
  • Assist with customer collections, handle products with care, and prevent damages.
  • Clean and organize stockroom and clearance area.
  • Assist Visual Merchandiser with showroom moves.
  • As required, assist Service Technician with customer call-outs.
  • Follow company procedures and protocols.
  • Arrange and assemble instore displays as required.
  • Ensure all service returns are labelled correctly and notified to the Manager.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in hospitality, preferably with 1 year of experience, and who is able to work 15 hours per week, 3 days a week.
