Engineering Business Analyst Position

This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical Engineering Business Analyst to act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of application process integration best practices, along with excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Link between Engineering business and IT Stakeholders.
  • Partner with Engineering business, product owners, and tech delivery and operations teams to gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium size projects.
  • Provide extensive knowledge of application process/integration best practice along with strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ensure Data integrity and cybersecurity for the Engineering applications in partnership with the Global team and in alignment of the Company Policies covering the role of system owner.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing across processes and projects; manage development and execution of unit/system test cases, scripts, and plans.
  • Support on driving IT efficiencies across the supported application stack by identifying opportunities for application portfolio rationalization to lower IT's cost to serve while reducing business risks.
