Food and Beverage Operations Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department. This includes managing a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have excellent organisational skills, strong leadership and communication abilities, as well as knowledge of food and beverage trends. You must also be able to work well under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally.
