Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Payroll Assistant to join our team at Placeme Recruitment.

The successful candidate will assist the payroll specialist in various tasks, including administering Advance Systems Time & Attendance, processing payroll using Sage Micropay, and dealing with compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of Advance Systems Time & Attendance
  • Processing of hourly and salary (weekly) payroll using Sage Micropay
  • Dealing with compensation and benefits
  • Completion of CSO reports

Requirements:

  • Past experience in payroll administration or working towards an IPASS qualification
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Knowledge and experience of Revenue-online-Services (R.O.S.)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of T&A Systems and payroll systems
