About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our payroll services. As a seasoned Payroll Associate, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to deliver outstanding results and drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the entire payroll cycle, from initial processing to finalisation, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the payroll processing function, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their payroll needs are met.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative payroll solutions, leveraging industry trends and best practices to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience in payroll, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll systems, including EuroPay or equivalent platforms.
  • IPASS qualification highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
