About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to become part of a successful investment team and contribute to the origination and execution of real estate credit transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investments, corporate finance or real estate with a proven track record in business development, credit analysis, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business opportunities and build long-term relationships by utilizing commercial acumen.
  • Conduct detailed credit analysis to support new investment recommendations using financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Manage existing investments proactively, ensuring excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Oversee transaction execution, including due diligence, negotiation, structuring, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior members of the Credit Team within a high-performing culture, promoting collaboration and learning.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in investments, corporate finance or real estate.
  • A strong academic background and a professional qualification (CFA, ACA or ACCA) is highly desirable.
  • Commercial acumen with ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A team player with proactive mindset, geared toward learning and collaboration.
