Senior Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Director to oversee the Pre-Construction phase of projects, ensuring all activities are planned and executed efficiently within predefined parameters.

This senior client-facing leadership role will see your expertise instrumental in winning competitive bids and securing successful project initiation.

  • Lead the preconstruction team to accomplish contract requirements.
  • Develop strategic project pitches and ensure that project vision aligns with client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and co-create tailored solutions that align seamlessly with their vision.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in pre-construction management with an established building contractor.
  • Large-scale multi-sector project experience.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management.
Benefits

This position is available in either Belfast, Cork, Dublin, Galway, or Limerick. Hybrid work arrangements can be accommodated for the right candidate. A driving licence is required.

About the Role
