We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Spa Therapist to join our team. As a key member of the spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest care, implementing departmental procedures, and ensuring treatment rooms operate efficiently.
">Key Responsibilities">- Work closely with the spa manager to support the smooth running of the spa and deliver first-class hospitality to guests.
- Implement departmental standard operating procedures and ensure that all treatments and services meet the highest standards.
- Provide exceptional guest care, including offering advice on spa treatments and services, and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and services provided, and contribute to the development of new treatments and services.
- Liaise directly with the spa manager to discuss any issues or concerns, and to receive coaching and training on skills development.
