Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned construction administrator to manage design and build contracts, oversee payments, program management, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NEC4 ECC project management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract compliance, payments, and program timelines
  • Oversight of risk management through early warning systems
  • Craft instructions, notifications, and communications required under the contract
  • Ensure stakeholder collaboration and coordination
  • Lead site-level teams and develop resource planning strategies
  • Act as primary liaison between site and core levels
  • Coordinate reporting and assume responsibility for personnel performance

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction administration
  • At least 3 years' experience as an NEC ECC Project Manager on large civil engineering projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Deliverables:

  • Auditable records of all contractual interactions
  • Efficient payment schedules and program updates
  • Risk assessments and mitigation plans
  • Stakeholder engagement reports
