Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 6 years' experience in estimating roles within the construction industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and numerical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and estimating software.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market rates.
