Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced occupational therapist to work with patients who have mental health conditions. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team that provides high-quality care and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to support recovery and independence.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the occupational therapy team to achieve treatment goals, share knowledge, and best practices to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Treatment Plan Development: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address patient needs and promote optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Certification and Registration: Be a registered senior occupational therapist with CORU, the Irish Health and Social Care Professionals Council.
  • Work Authorization: Have permission to work in Ireland.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in mental health settings.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
