About the Role:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including retail management and customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for excellence, strong leadership capabilities, and the ambition to drive team performance and sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Implement and enforce operational procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, conducting regular stock counts.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including the forecourt area and restrooms.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or convenience store management.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
