Senior Staff Verification Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Verification Expert to join our team. As a key member of our verification group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing verification strategies for complex digital and mixed-signal IPs/Subsystems or SoCs.

About the Role

This is a critical role that requires a high degree of technical expertise and leadership skills. You will work closely with design teams to ensure successful product delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring up and assist in validation testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement verification strategies for digital and mixed-signal IPs/Subsystems or SoCs.
  • Define and execute test plans on verification platforms.
  • Develop and debug random constraint verification test suites.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Work with post-Silicon teams to bring up and assist in validation testing.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and 5-7 years of experience or Bachelors degree and 7-9 years of experience.
  • Solid understanding of verification methodologies including UVM, OVM, System Verilog.
  • Experience in developing verification infrastructure for complex digital or mixed-signal IPs/Subsystems or SoCs.
  • Basic knowledge of digital and/or mixed-signal design.
  • Familiarity with functional coverage, code coverage, and other coverage metrics.
  • Good understanding of power aware verification using UPF and gate level simulation.
  • Knowledge of C, Python, TCL, Perl for developing test content and scripts.
  • Knowledge of Automotive Functional safety concepts and ISO 26262 qualification experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to seek constant improvements in verification methodologies.
  • Strong initiative, analytical/problem solving skills, teamworking skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
