Content Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Content Manager to join our Digital Programs and Customer Success team.

This role involves designing, developing, managing, and delivering impactful content for customer-facing teams, product knowledge, value realization, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end content strategy for product and value enablement, building and improving a comprehensive content library, collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, and managing the production and delivery of multi-format content.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in program or content management, preferably within customer success, product marketing, or digital engagement functions. They should possess strong project management skills, expertise with content development tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
