Therapy Leader

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for carrying out assessments and treatments at clinics. You will utilize technical equipment to analyze voice patterns and examine the factors involved in producing speech.

• Carrying out comprehensive assessments of service users
• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective support and care
• Providing training and education to staff members on best practices and new techniques
• Referring service users to specialists when necessary and maintaining detailed clinical records

Additional responsibilities include liaising with other professionals, such as psychologists and ENT specialists, to ensure holistic care and support.

It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Level 8 Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent qualification
• Registered member of CORU or equivalent professional body
• Qualification in FEDS assessment, treatment, and care planning
• 4-6 years' experience in Speech and Language Therapy
