Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a prestigious, multi-tenant corporate office facility based in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a commercially focused property management background and enjoy delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Property Manager will be responsible for managing vendor contracts, tenant engagement, capital projects, fit-outs, and service delivery across hard and soft FM services. This includes acting as the central liaison for all tenants, overseeing 50 external vendors, collaborating with adjacent production facilities, managing hard and soft services, leading new tenant fit-outs, chairing monthly tenant meetings, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and health & safety requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant qualification in Property or Facilities Management
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a Property or Facilities Management role, ideally in a multi-tenant commercial or corporate environment
  • Proven track record of vendor management, service delivery improvement, and stakeholder engagement
  • Comfortable working independently in a high-responsibility role, with no direct reports
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys a client-facing environment
