We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business development initiatives, driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships across the globe.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the alcoholic beverages industry, with a strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. They will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing global customer relationships, and providing expert guidance on product application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their technical and production requirements.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging technical knowledge and operational optimization expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and drive sales growth.
  • Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to effectively promote our portfolio.
  • Support key customers during scale-up and troubleshooting phases.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 8-10+ years of experience in business development or strategic account management, with a focus on the brewing industry on a global level.
  • Proven success in driving commercial growth and managing global customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of beverage formulation, brewing technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
