Job Title: Business Systems Consultant

 

This exciting role involves the development and support of global digital platforms using Salesforce experience cloud. It will be a key player in our company's vision to be the world's leading taste and nutrition company for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve customer-facing digital platforms by leveraging Salesforce expertise.
  • Collaborate with business functions to optimise and digitise key globally aligned business processes.
  • Project manage and support digital initiatives through to our live environment.
  • Build, test, deploy and document configuration across our Salesforce landscape.
  • Work closely with our ICT service delivery and security teams.
  • Support the business with data activities such as analytics, data mining and AI.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers.
  • Provide application support as required for BAU activities.
  • Evaluate new solutions and technologies relevant to our industry.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in an ICT or related discipline.
  • Experience in a similar role with project management and delivery methodologies and systems.
  • Ability to communicate technical terms effectively to various stakeholders.
  • A team player with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
