Dispute Resolution Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Associate to join our team in Dublin.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a wide range of high-profile commercial disputes, including financial services litigation, insolvency and restructuring, property disputes, regulatory investigations, and construction litigation.

You will be involved in advising clients on commercial litigation matters, focusing on financial services, insolvency, property disputes, and regulatory investigations. You will also take an active role in client-facing interactions, providing timely, commercial advice and overseeing a broad range of matters.

  • Advise clients on complex, high-profile disputes across multiple industries.
  • Develop your skills through exposure to challenging and complex cases.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally from a large domestic or international law firm in Dublin. You should have exceptional drafting and technical skills with the ability to manage a wide range of litigation matters. Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency in providing advice are essential.
