Job Description

Our Air Import team is responsible for the timely and accurate movement of freight and information, providing a seamless experience for our clients.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient freight process flow
  • Accurately record and track air import files in real-time
  • Utilize workflow tools to streamline daily tasks
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients, meeting their expectations at all times
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent training
  • An understanding of air documentation processes is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
