Freight Operations Executive

As a key member of our expanding team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring high-quality service through proactive liaison with customers, suppliers, and partners.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and has excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Manage customer accounts and schedule drivers and vehicles to meet customer bookings.
  • Deal with customer queries in a professional manner and maintain good working practices while identifying continuous improvements.
  • Support colleagues in other departments and offices nationally and internationally.
  • Perform ad-hoc and admin duties as required, including customs-related processes and leasing with our customs team on site.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience working in a similar environment and excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages and proficient in the use of email and phone.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Air Freight and customs is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
