Job Opportunity: Electrical Contracts Leadership

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex electrical projects.

This role offers the chance to manage high-profile projects in the Data Centre and Life Sciences sectors, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project delivery, fostering strong client relationships, and guaranteeing technical excellence throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage electrical contracts from inception to completion across multiple locations.
  • Oversee project planning, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring performance and professional development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Electrical Contracts Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong track record of delivering projects in Data Centres and/or Life Sciences environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contracts.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly.
