Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a robust financial management system that supports Servisource's strategic objectives and enhances overall financial stability.
  • Lead the Finance team who are responsible for ensuring key functions are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Engage with a range of stakeholders including the CEO, internal and external stakeholders, internal and external auditors, and members of the Board and committees.
  • Implement internal controls and manage financial risks.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires a qualified accountant with a high level of numeracy, financial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

A minimum of 15 years experience working in a relevant role in Finance is required, along with experience of having worked in a similar Finance role.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

They will be able to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including implementing internal controls.

Excellent report writing, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.

Effective planning skills and the ability to prioritise work to achieve objectives within strict timescales are also required.
