Job Title: Packaging Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Operations Coordinator to oversee packing operations in our Offal Department.

This role involves coordinating a small team to ensure that offal products are packed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the packing team in the offal area to meet daily production targets.
  • Ensure all products are packed according to specifications and customer requirements.
  • Monitor packing line performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and traceability.
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Train new staff and support ongoing development of team members.
  • Complete relevant paperwork and records accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have or demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a meat processing or food production environment.
  • A strong understanding of packing procedures and product handling.
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
