Financial Services Tax Leadership Opportunity

The role of the Financial Services Tax Director is to lead a rapidly growing team responsible for delivering complex financial services tax solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate sufficient technical knowledge of financial services tax and manage a team in performing assignments on a day-to-day basis.

This leadership opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals seeking to grow their careers by leveraging their expertise and managing a team of skilled tax professionals.

  • Provide financial services tax services to a broad range of clients across various sectors including asset management, banking, securitisation, aviation finance and leasing, insurance and fintech.
  • Support clients' transactions, compliance obligations and assess their tax strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage multiple advisory and compliance projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines, billings and meeting client expectations.
Requirements:
  • ATT/ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified with a minimum 5 years' post qualification experience working in financial services tax.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to develop business opportunities for clients and the tax team.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently and build trusted relationships with clients and team members.
  • Business development skills and strong interpersonal skills to support staff development.
