Job Description:

We are seeking experienced catering staff to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and health and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and service of meals to residents
  • Perform kitchen porter duties, including heavy pot washing
  • Help the chefs with daily tasks, such as setting up the dining room and preparing meal trays
  • Deep clean the kitchen weekly and adhere to strict HACCP procedures
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience working in a hospital or nursing home setting, or from a high-volume catering background
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt to new healthcare environments and work flexibly
  • Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland
