We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and queries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information about our products and services.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with a focus on delivering outstanding service at all times.
  • Show a proven ability to work well under pressure, managing competing demands and priorities in a busy retail environment.
  • Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Hold a relevant qualification or experience in a similar role, preferably with knowledge of HACCP requirements.
