We are seeking a skilled BIM Modelling Specialist to join our team. As a BIM Modelling Specialist, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure using Building Information Modelling software.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our design team to create accurate and detailed 3D models of building structures, including architectural, engineering and construction elements.
  • You will also be responsible for co-ordinating with trade contractors on site to ensure that all models meet the required standards.
  • Collaboration with other teams such as Fabrication Teams, Construction Teams, and Commercial Teams will also be an important part of this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure using BIM software.
  2. Co-ordinate with trade contractors on site to ensure models meet required standards.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to communicate design intent and validate designs against site conditions.
  4. Attend coordination meetings with trade partners, design team, and Client Representatives.
  5. Presentation of completed designs to Client Representatives for review and approval.
  6. Generation of Fabrication Packs and issuing to Rockwell Fabrication and Construction Teams.
  7. QA/QC of design work carried out by you and other Rockwell BIM Engineers.
  8. Ensure modelling meets the required standards as set out in the Client and Rockwell BEP`s.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in BIM software packages (Plant 3D, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Solid Works, CADWorx).
  • 2+ years minimum of experience in Intel BIM Coordination.
  • Ability to work in a vibrant multi-discipline collaborative design environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter.
  • Previous Intel Experience Essential.
