Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Identity Access Management Platform Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing IAM incidents, supporting audits, and ensuring the reliability of IAM services.

You will be responsible for monitoring, triaging, and resolving IAM-related incidents and service requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes leading or participating in problem management and root cause analysis for recurring or major IAM issues.

Additionally, you will support access certificate, SOX controls, and audit evidence collection for compliance reporting. You will also participate in and support on-call rotations for 24 x7 incident response, including weekends and other off-hours as needed.

As an IAM Platform Engineer, you will assist in maintaining and improving IAM platforms, including Okta, Entra, Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, and Public Key Infrastructure. You will apply security patches and updates across IAM systems per enterprise patching schedule and change control process.

Furthermore, you will contribute to process documentation, playbooks, and operational runbooks for IAM support. You will stay current with emerging IAM tools, technologies, and best practices. Embracing a continuous learning mindset, you will contribute to platform modernization and automation efforts.
