Identity Access Management Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management (IAM) engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IAM systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain IAM platforms including Okta, Entra, Active Directory, and SailPoint to ensure uptime, performance, and compliance.
  • Manage user identity lifecycles, role-based access controls, and access request workflows.
  • Support and administer Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions like CyberArk and HashiCorp.
  • Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificate issuance, renewal, and troubleshooting for internal/external systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, drive problem management, and contribute to system and process resilience.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for incident response, including weekends and off-hours as needed.
  • Identify and remediate IAM-related vulnerabilities in collaboration with InfoSec and risk teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver IAM projects effectively and on schedule.
  • Create, update, and maintain metrics and reports to show progress and value of the IAM program.
  • Ensure operational compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in IAM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Entra, IGA, RBAC, MFA, SSO, OAuth, SAML, PKI, and PAM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes.
