**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer to optimize the daily operations of our Identity and Access Management platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity Life Cycle Management, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Secrets Management, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate and maintain IAM platforms including Okta, Entra, Active Directory, and SailPoint.
  • Evaluate and implement secure identity services across the enterprise.
  • Manage user Identity lifecycle (Joiner / Mover / Leaver), role-based access controls (RBAC), and access request workflows.
  • Support and Administer PAM solutions like CyberArk and HashiCorp.
  • Troubleshoot complex IAM issues including access delays, MFA failures, provisioning errors, system performance and network bottlenecks.

  • At least 5 years of experience in IAM engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
