Job Title: Privileged Access Management

This role is responsible for the management, integration and operational support of Privileged Access Management technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily operational administration of the PAM environment, independently handling routine technical issues.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts generated by PAM solutions.
  • Deliver the PAM service in line with the strategic roadmap.
  • Assist with configuration, deployment and maintenance of PAM solution components.
  • Support version upgrades, patching and maintenance of the environment.
  • Manage and execute routine change activities.
  • Participate in regular Disaster Recovery (DR) and Failover testing.
  • Contribute to automation opportunities within PAM operations.
  • Support team members and act as a technical resource.
  • Maintain quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior technical resources and other departments.
  • Participate in PAM forum meetings.
  • Adhere to risk management programs and security policies.
  • Support Audit and Governance requirements for PAM.
  • Participate in Critical Incident Response for major incidents.

Requirements:

  • Third level qualification in Information Security or IT, or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years' experience in an IT Security role, with hands-on experience in PAM or cybersecurity operations.
  • Working experience with PAM Solutions (e.g. CyberArk).
  • Good troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues independently.
  • Experience with Network and Endpoint Defence strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python).
  • Knowledge of information security and risk control frameworks.
  • Recognized certifications desired (e.g. Security +, CISSP).

The ideal candidate will be a mid-level technologist with experience in privileged access management, who can operate independently on PAM processes and contribute to service planning.
