Product Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers.

This role involves utilizing your knowledge of SQL, data analytics, and product expertise to assist customers with data-related issues, share best practices, and navigate the platform.

The Product Support Specialist will serve as both the face of our company and the voice of the customer internally, providing personal attention and advocating for their needs while serving as their primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an in-depth expert in the product and its best practices.
  • Assist customers, partners, and potential customers via Slack, acting as the first line of support as users interact with the product.
  • Provide proactive, positive, and above-and-beyond technical support by digging deeper to find creative solutions that go beyond the surface level of customer inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product improvements and roadmap.
  • Represent customer needs in internal discussions with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to identify trends and proactively recommend product and tooling solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Share deep knowledge of actual usage cross-functionally to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Document feature requests, reproduce and report bugs, and contribute to our community site by sharing design patterns, solutions, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Create delightful experiences for our customers by building trust-filled advisory relationships and finding ways to make data teams more successful.
About You:
  • Possess a passion for learning and problem-solving, with enthusiasm for helping and teaching others.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Have a desire to work directly with customers on a daily basis.
  • Be passionate about working with and discussing data.
  • Hold strong SQL skills, with knowledge of SQL for analytics.
  • 1+ year of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence is preferred.

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, and compensation will be based on relevant experience.
