Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

The senior data analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering key insights to drive game feature and economy optimization, iterations, and improvements that best drive player acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Key responsibilities include leveraging expertise in product and business analytics to develop and implement dashboards and data tools to help designers deeply understand and improve in-game experiences for players.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with key strategic business partners to present insights and ensure alignment of goals and outcomes.
- Develop and implement actionable strategies to drive game growth through data-driven decision making.
- Work closely with partner Data Engineering and QA teams to define and ensure delivery of high-quality data capture and self-serve business intelligence tools.
- Design and deliver compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Technical foundation with expertise in data analytics and data visualization.
- Solution-oriented, creative problem solver with passion and enthusiasm to drive impact and build necessary solutions.
- Able to optimally balance problem-solving from a technical solution standpoint with stakeholder management via transparency in concise communications.
- Demonstrated ability in data analytics or applied science/research roles.
- Proficient in relational databases and SQL.
- Experience working with games developed by Firaxis is highly desirable.
