We are seeking a skilled Senior Design Engineer to lead our innovative engineering team in North Dublin. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced structural engineer to take ownership of complex projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee structural design deliverables on projects.
  • Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed design solutions for precast facade systems.
  • Liaise with external design team members and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Cultivate a culture of process improvement and contribute to continuous innovation.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to support their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Chartered Structural Engineer with 10+ years' post-graduate experience, ideally in facades or precast design.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing design teams.
  • Proficiency in BIM systems, MS Office, and project management tools; Tekla Structural Designer experience an advantage.
