Renal Sales Specialist Position

Join a leading health care supplier as a Renal Sales Specialist, responsible for educating and supporting customers on the correct use of renal products.

As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and nurture relationships with customers to optimize sales potential. You will also liaise with physicians, technicians, nursing personnel, and educators in the hospital environment to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing quality patient-focused service and working collaboratively with other team members.
  • Servicing assigned accounts and suggesting new products to capitalize on business development opportunities.
  • Preparing and delivering training programs to provide comprehensive offerings of renal products.
  • Participating in tender completion and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Traveling throughout Ireland and internationally to attend conferences and training events.
  • Generating sales to achieve maximum profitability and margins in line with targets.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A degree-level qualification in Nursing with experience in Renal Nursing.
  • Proven track record in a sales role, particularly in Hospital or Community Care sales.
  • Experience in Renal Therapies sales is advantageous.
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative, time management, and IT skills.

This is a field-based role requiring 5 days per week commitment. The ideal candidate will be eligible to work in Ireland and hold a clean full driving license to drive in Ireland.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
