- Provide administrative support to the clinical team
- Manage patient appointments and registrations
- Process payments and follow up on missed appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Process insurance company and corporate referrals
- Assist with third party billing and administrative tasks
- Generate and track regular reports for clinician completion
- Order and manage stock
- Ensure compliance with GDPR confidentiality requirements
Requirements:
- 1+ years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of AI systems for healthcare/administration is highly desirable
