Audit Compliance Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Compliance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, and operating practices within depots across Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations of records, reports, and operating practices to identify areas of non-compliance
- Verify findings by comparing results to documentation
- Prepare detailed audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings
- Communicate audit findings through final reports and discussions with auditees
- Ensure compliance with legal, licensing, and ISO requirements, enforcing adherence to regulations and advising management on necessary actions
- Analyze and summarize operating information and trends to prepare special audit and control reports
Requirements:
- Meticulous attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver feedback in a constructive manner
- Experience with audit software; auditor experience is highly beneficial
- Strong work ethic and integrity, with a commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility and willingness to travel between client depots/warehouses within a designated territory are essential for this role. A full clean driver's license and own car are also required.
