Senior Coastal Engineering Leadership Position

This leadership role will lead our marine and coastal engineering efforts in Ireland. We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering to oversee the development of sustainable infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for growing the business unit, focusing on expanding regional reach and market penetration.
  • Oversee and manage diverse portfolios of public and private clients, ensuring project designs adhere to relevant codes and standards.
  • Participate in project planning, management, and delivery, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Marine/Coastal Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management of marine or civil infrastructure projects.
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Chartered status with EI, ICE, or equivalent professional organisations under the Washington Accord.
  • Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working and winning work in Ireland, the UK, or the Middle East.
