
Project Manager Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Programme Officer to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis. The initial term is six months and the working hours are 37 per week.
">Job Purpose:Manage the monitoring and closure of projects for which the business is responsible. This includes monitoring and evaluating project progress and outputs, managing project closure, acting as the point of liaison with projects, conducting data collection and analysis from various sources, including electronic systems, draft reports, and preparing returns for submission to departments. Additionally, assist with research based on closure and evaluation reports that will inform company digital and communications activities.">Essential Criteria:
A minimum of five GCSEs grades A-C (including English Language and Maths) or equivalent, or a minimum of Leaving Certificate (Standard/Ordinary level) - five grades A-C (including English Language and Maths) or equivalent.
Good technical skills with previous experience in IT financial systems such as spreadsheets and databases.
Experience in Project Management, including establishing, monitoring, and verifying outputs, as well as gathering, analysing, and reporting on project activity, outputs, and results.
Demonstrable experience in reviewing non-financial information (reports etc.) and follow-up action as required.
Experience in drafting reports, working with, understanding, and interpreting financial data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.">Desirable Criteria:

Experience in the operation of databases">Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on the progress of the implementation and closure of programmes.
Assist in the implementation of closure processes and procedures.
Ensure robust monitoring of project implementation, including progress and verification of project outputs.
Attend meetings, events, and seminars to represent the business as requested.
Develop a network of contacts within key stakeholders.
Assist in activities associated with the closure of legacy programmes.
Research and draft submissions, papers, and reports on themes/areas of discussion based on closure and evaluation reports, as directed.
Prepare governance papers and reports for presentation.
Monitor projects via an electronic management system.
Liaise with the public and key community and business figures as necessary.
Provide general advice to the public, community, and business figures, and departments in both jurisdictions as required.">Skills:
