Lead Data Engineer

A leading role in the development of robust data platforms, ensuring seamless integration of business data.

The ideal candidate will design and oversee a unified data architecture, collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
  • Implement data governance frameworks to ensure high-quality data

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Lead Data Engineer or in a similar lead/senior data engineering role, with strong expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Data Factory, and Cosmos DB.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Lead Data Engineer or in a similar lead/senior data engineering role
  • Strong expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Data Factory, and Cosmos DB
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data transformation frameworks (PySpark, T-SQL)
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance (GDPR, ISO, etc.)
