Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in Limerick, Ireland. As a key member of the site-based team, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and administrative support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent the HR function locally
  • Plan HR strategies and projects across the site
  • Manage recruitment and retention
  • Oversee training and learning development activities
  • Update employee files and implement new HR processes and procedures
  • Support general administration duties, such as PO management, H&S reporting, and organising travel

Key Qualifications:

  • 3rd level degree qualified in HR or a related discipline
  • 2-3+ years HR experience, ideally in a Generalist type role
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and inter-personal skills
