Human Resources Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources professional to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills and experience, including strategic planning, team leadership, and employee relations.

The Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the HR team and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with global HR colleagues to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Manage complex HR projects, including policy development and implementation.
  • Maintain employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Support the development of business strategy and contribute to the success of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management or senior-level HR business partner role.
  • Proven expertise in employment law, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
