Job Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team and contribute to the development of our risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Collaborate with various business units to foster a culture that prioritizes risk and compliance management.
  • Support the Compliance Department in identifying and managing financial crime risks, and provide guidance to the business on existing and forthcoming regulations, legislation, and best practices.
\

Technical Requirements:

\
  • University degree or professional qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within the financial services industry, preferably in asset/fund management or administration.
  • Strong understanding of financial crime risk management, with a background in AML/CFT and Financial Sanctions compliance.
\

Skills:

\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence colleagues across the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to challenge current processes and practices.
