Job Overview

Demanding Role for Architect Professionals

This challenging position is geared towards highly motivated and skilled Architects. As a leading member of our team, you will be entrusted with delivering exceptional results on various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Assume the role of lead architect on multiple projects, overseeing every stage from conceptualization to completion.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Besides being well-versed in the core responsibilities mentioned above, we require the following qualifications and skills:

  • Professional Registration: Hold valid registration with RIA or RIBA.
  • Years of Experience: At least 5 years of experience within the field of architecture, preferably including local expertise.
  • Software Proficiency: Possess proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience Requirements: Have experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, or leisure projects.
