Job Title: Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled backend developer with extensive experience in .NET and Azure to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud computing. They will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services and APIs using the .NET stack.

Additionally, they will contribute to architectural decisions, data modeling, and API design, ensuring that solutions are efficient, maintainable, and align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and APIs using the .NET stack.
  • Design and deploy backend solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing cloud services to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, data modeling, and API design.
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product teams to implement new features and improve existing functionality.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years in the .NET framework.
  • Strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 5+, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including setting up automated builds, testing, and deployment workflows on Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, with experience in database design, query optimization, and data integrity.
  • Version Control: Strong understanding of Git and branching strategies for version control.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
