About the Role:
">This Motorway Maintenance Operations Director position offers an exciting opportunity to join our client's team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess experience in motorway maintenance/construction and be able to lead a team effectively.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the depot, working closely with the O&M Manager and Deputy.">
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining high standards and controls.">
- Program and plan works, prioritizing tasks and managing staff locally to meet contract delivery targets.">
- Coordinating depot housekeeping, plant maintenance, salt management, and weighbridge calibration.">
- Inspecting site works, quality control, and ensuring frontline standards of work are maintained.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A full, clean 'B' driving license is essential for this position.">
- Motorway maintenance/construction experience is required.">
- Leadership abilities and proficient IT skills are necessary for managing a team of workers.">
- A strong organizational skillset to coordinate works, manage inventory, and schedule operations efficiently.">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, upper management, and external stakeholders.">
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations to ensure the depot complies with safety standards and protocols.">
