Job Overview:

The Assistant Accommodation Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional standards are maintained throughout the accommodation department.

This position requires a highly organized and efficient individual with a proactive approach to their work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Accommodation Manager in reviewing and implementing quality control measures, promoting positive team dynamics, and developing effective human resource management procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate rosters on a weekly basis in line with business needs.
  • Conduct daily team briefings to facilitate effective communication.
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene within the department.
  • Establish and implement a customer feedback system, incorporating results into service improvements and training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
